Humphrey, the British Cat in Charge

My Cat Couch read in the paper the other day that a famous British cat died recently.

Humphrey wandered into the home of the woman in charge of England and she let him stay. Then another man in charge sent Humphrey to live somewhere else. Maybe he was a dog man. Or maybe his wife didn't like cats. Anyway, Humphrey was pretty popular in England. The Guardian has an article about him.

While Cat Couch wasn't looking, I found a website about Cats in Charge that has Humphrey and Socks (an American Cat) on it.

I'm older than Humphrey. Kinda of makes me nervous.

(my Cat Couch got the picture from here, it was taken by a AP Photographer named Michael Stephens. Whatever that means.)

Grampa Norton and Gramma Trixie are only a few months younger than Humphrey. But you look furry healthy, so don't worry.

Sanjee is right! Politicking is so very stressful for kitties. Stay away from those vote-grubbers ChatCat. They are not to be trusted.
